Ingredients
1 cup Zuchinni fresh (by IAMDESIGNERKT) 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 cup meat and vegetables fried in coconut oil (by N29229)
Directions
slice zuchinni into thin slices. Make batter with coconut flour, egg, and parmesan and a tiny bit of water. dip each slice and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel . Enjoy as a side dish.
