Microwave Ground Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1/2 cups Seasoned Dried Bread Crumbs1 egg, beaten1 tsp salt - I used a little less1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 Tbsp Dried minced onion
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Shape into balls and arrange in a circle in a 9 or 10 inch glass pie plate. Cover plate with wax paper.

Microwave on high 8 to 11 minutes, rotating plate and turning meatballs over once or twice during cooking.

my serving size is: 4 small meatballs - I made 24 small meatballs
You can make: 12 Large, 18 medium, or 24 small meatballs just change the serving size.
