8.0 oz Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh18.0 large Scrambled Egg4.0 oz Cheddar Cheese, Kroger extra sharp

4.0 oz Cheddar Cheese, Kroger extra sharp
Cook Sausage in pan and break up into small pieces.
Chop mushrooms and Broccoli into small pieces , I use food processor.
Add mushrooms and broccoli to cooking sausage and heat through. Once sausage is no longer pink and veggies are tender, spoon into either 3× 24 (72) mini muffin pans or 3 x 12 (36) regular muffin pan and distribute evenly amongst all. Spoon shredded cheese on each . Whisk eggs in pourable measuring cup until blended well and then pour over mixture in pans.
Bake at 375 for 10 min for minis or 20 minutes for regular size muffins.
