Ingredients
1 large egg3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 1 serving Iso 100 (vanilla)4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 8 tbsp Coconut flour, gluten free 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 oz dark chocolate
Directions
Mix together ingredients, adding chocolate last. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes in a loaf pan. Serving Size: Makes 2 slices
