Sausage, Potato, Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
2 cup Cauliflower, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup diced Potato, raw 16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 01 cup CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, Fat Free, canned (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME) 1 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
Directions
Cook sausage-remove from pan
Add olive oil and onion to pan-Sauté-5 mins
Add diced cauliflower-cook5 mins
Add diced potatoes-cook 5 mins.
Remove from heat.
Add soup and milk, mix well.
Add sausage and mix well
Bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
