Sausage and Spinach Egg Bake

18.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw432.0 Grams Italian Sausage, pork340.0 Grams Spinach, frozen2.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup2.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Remove sausage from casing, crumble and brown in a skillet. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
Cook frozen spinach per package directions. Pour out onto clean cloth and wring out as much liquid as possible.
Scramble eggs and milk together, add spinach and sausage. Combine well and pour into ungreased pan (I used glass bakeware).
Cook in 400 F degree oven until eggs have set. Divide into containers when cool. Makes 12 servings.
