2 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 45 oz Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh (by GODDESSELLIE07) 6 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 serving Garlic, minced in jar (1/2 tsp= 1 clove) (by DIRTYLAWNGUY) 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 3 wedge yields Lemon Juice 8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 3 tbsp Del Monte Organic Tomato Paste (by AMULEKBIRD) .25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Layer in crockpot...butter, onion, chicken, green pepper, green chili, bacon. Blend remaining together, pour over in crockpot. Cook low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken with fork. Scoop in bowl, top with a scoop of sour cream and some grated cheese.
