Ingredients
1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar6 oz Tomato Paste, Hunts 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tsp Paprika 3 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 2 tsp Ground cumin 2 tsp Garlic powder 4 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Lakanto Golden monk fruit sweetener Optional: 1 tsp. Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil then turn heat to low and allow to simmer about 30 minutes. Taste at this point to adjust according to your taste.

Serving Size: Enough to cover a rack of ribs plus have some to garnish at the table
