Creamy Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 lb. small red potatoes1 red onion, thinly sliced2 stalks celery chopped1/3 cup whole grain mustard (I used Grey Poupon)2 T red wine vinegar1 ¼ cup fat free mayonnaise (I prefer miracle whip)2 T sweet pickle relishSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place potatoes in a large pot and add enough cold water to cover by one inch. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium low and simmer until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, 30 minutes. Drain; cool.
Cut potatoes in half and place in a large bowl. Add onion and celery. In a separate bowl, mix mustard with the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and gently mix. Serve chilled.
