Miso Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
.3 cup Miso 6 cup Vegetable Broth 4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.5 block Tofu, firm 4 cloves Garlic1 TBLS Ginger1 tsp sesame oil4 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root .3 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions
Saute garlic, ginger and onions. Add mushrooms. Cook until soft and slight browning. Add broth to avoid burning. Add all the broth and bring to a boil. Take some boiling broth and add miso. Turn the heat off the soup and add the miso mixture.

Add spinach if you like.
