298 gram(s) Sweet Carrot Slaw (carrots, broccoli, red cabbage), Green Giant 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 0.125 cup Paradise Meadow Dried Cranberries (by KIPPERJTURP) .25 cup, whole Almonds 0.125 cup Black Currants (by BRRRANDI78) 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar (optional)1 tsp. lemon zest Garlic salt, to tasteFreshly ground black pepper
Directions
Whisk dressing ingredients--except sugar--together and taste. If you like a sweeter taste, add the brown sugar. If you don't expect to eat all of the salad at one meal, I would recommend only adding enough of the apples and almonds for the meal you are eating, so that they stay crisp and don't brown.
