Vegtable chips

Ingredients
Directions
1 parsnip cut into disks1 beetroot (purple ones) cut into disks1 sweet potato cut into diskspinch of saltspray oil
Cut all vegtables into disks so they look like regular potato chips
place on a baking tray and spray 5 times with oil.
Sprinkle with half the salt.
Turn the disks and spray and sprinkle.
Place in oven at 200 degrees for 20 mins or until the vegtables have gone crispy. (they may curl but this is fine).
Allow to cool a bit and eat.
These can be stored in an air tight container once cold and will keep a day or two before going soft.
