Ingredients
Black Beans, Frozen Corn Kernels, Red Peppers, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder,Cilantro, Lime Juice,
Directions
Mix together the oil, salt, pepper, sugar, lime juice, garlic powder and cilantro in a bowl. Stir in the corn kernels, diced red pepper and drained black beans. Refrigerate and serve cold. Makes 5 1 cup servings.
