Super Spicy Hummus

Ingredients
1 large Red Bell pepper2 cups Chick Peas / Garbanzo beans1 tbsp Tahini 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil2 tbsp Water1/4 cup Lemon juice3 cloves Garlic 2 Finger Hots peppers1 Serrano Pepper1 Jalapeno Pepper2 small Habanero peppers1 tsp ground Cumin1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions
Roast off red pepper and remove the skin.

Mix red pepper and it's juice from baking along with the remaining ingredients as listed into a Vitamix or high powered blender or food processor.

For Vitamix , select Variable 1 and turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. For blender use puree mode and food processor just process until smooth. With any method add more water a tablespoon at a time if needed for a smoother consistency to your liking.
