potato soup

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 serving chicken bouillion (1 cube) (by MRS_ROGCAR) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Celery seed 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
boil water and bouillion cube .
cut up potato in bite size pieces add to water.
chop onion and add to soup.
add seed.
when potato is tender add milk and heat . Don't let it boil .
serve
