Ingredients
5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Garlic powder120.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.1 Grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh7.0 serving Egg white, large0.15 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese0.25 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese1.5 oz Colby & monterey jack cheese Kraft Natural cheese16.0 oz Turkey: Ground, 85% Lean Ground
Directions
Chop up veggies and saute. Cook ground turkey in skillet. Mix in large bowl combine all ingredients. Use 1/3 measuring cup to fill each muffin slot. Bake on 375 until egg is completely cooked about 20 min. Serving Size: Makes 16 muffin pan sizes servings
