Kimchi a la Nick

Ingredients
3 tbsp Gochujang10 cup Cabbage, napa (1 head chopped coarsly)6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw chopped coarsly4 clove Garlic peeled and chopped.4 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
cut cabbage, sprinkle with salt.let sit for 30 minutes, then rinse.
Combine cabbage paste, green onions, garlic and salt to taste (or no salt) Place in a glass jar leaving about 1" spase at the top.Close tightly and place jar outside on a prch.Leave outside for 3 -4 days.Taste each day until you like the taste and then place in fridge to stop fermenting.
