16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1.0 cup Beans, black1.0 cup Stewed Tomatoes1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tapPinch of red pepper flakesPinch of cinnamon
In a large cooking pot , spray bottom lightly with cooking spray. Add ground turkey and onion. Brown meat then a7dd all other ingredients. You can use more water if you prefer a thinner chili. Add a pinch of cinnamon and red pepper flakes( optional) , pepper to taste. Let chili come to a boil, cover and turn burner down to simmer for 20 minutes.
Season for taste.
