16 oz Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh (by GODDESSELLIE07) 0.83 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 1 tbsp Paprika 4 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup Spinach, cooked 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 oz BelGioioso Cheese - Mozarella Fresh Pearls 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1. Combine paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl and coat chicken.
2. melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
3. place chicken in skillet and allow all sides to brown
4. add cream, lemon juice, and thyme to chicken, allow to boil, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. mix in spinach and cover for 3 minutes
6. cover with both cheeses, bake for 10 minutes at 375
