Ingredients
, 6 cups Tomato Sauce 0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic, minced4 tbsp Basil, fresh and minced 3 tsp Oregano, fresh and minced2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .25 cup Parsley, fresh and minced
Directions
1. Sautee vegetables in olive oil.
2. Add sauce, paste, seasonings, and herbs, stir well.
3. Simmer on low for 30-60 minutes or longer, stir frequently and adjust seasonings as needed
