Peanut Butterand Chocolate pie

Ingredients
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1/2 cup 2 large eggsHeavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky style, 2/3 cupSemisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
Directions
1) Heat oven to 350.

2) Beat all ingredients except chococlate chips in large bowl on high speed, occasionally scraping bowl until fluffy, one minute (do not use blender).

3) Pour into ungreased pie plate (9x1 1/4). Bake until puffed and dry in center, when knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 35 minutes).

4) Heat chocolate chips in one quart sauce pan over low heatr until melted.

*) Refrigerate until chocolate is firm (about one hour)

    I agree with MountainBiker1, part of being on this site is to help each other with moderation. If I want a sweet, I will have a sweet. Depriving myself will only make me want it more. I am going to try this recipe and of course, have a small "piece of the pie". Thank you! - 7/7/09

    This was a recipe that my father found that I loved growing up. So I have to remember all thing in moderation. ;)
