Low Sodium Sandwich Rolls

Ingredients
2.5 cup Bread Flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast 3 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar2 tsp Canola Oil 1 cup warm water (+/- 1tbsp)
Directions
I followed the order recommended for my bread machine. You could use a stand mixer or mix by hand, in which case use the usual instructions for breadmaking. Watch rising carefully so the dough does not over-proof (expand too quickly). Recipe adapted from kingarthurflour.com 'Beautiful Burger Buns.'

Serving Size: 12 hamburger or sandwich rolls may make 8 if you wish
