Red Pepper, Zucchini with Mozzrella frittata

Ingredients
3.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted5.0 sprigs Dill weed, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh18.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
Directions
Saute veggies in butter. Add mixture of eggs and egg whites that have been beaten together with some salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the veggies. Cook 3 more minutes. Add mozzrella over the top like a pie and top with dill. Broil for 2 minutes. Cut like a pizza pie. 8 slices. Serve hot or room temp. Serving Size: 1/8
