Sweet Soup

Ingredients
2 quarts water1 cup sugar1/2 cup raisins1 cup pearl tapioca, medium1/2 tsp salt1 cup pitted dried prunes1 cinnamon stickjuice and pulp of 1 orange and 1 lemon
Directions
Soak tapioca overnight in the water (unless you are using minute tapioca). Add remaining ingredients, cook slowly about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Can be served hot or cold.
About 8 servings.
