Ingredients
Directions
1 cup whole grain, not ground, wheat1 1/3 cup nonfat milk2 eggs1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 TB honey1/4 cup canola oil1 TB baking powder
1. Add wheat and 1 cup of milk to the blender. Blend for about 3 minutes (When you notice the funnel disappear in the blender gradually add the remaining 1/3 cup milk).
2. Add eggs, salt, honey, and oil. Blend for 2 more minutes.
3. Add baking powder and blend 1 more minute. You may need to scrape the sides to make sure the baking powder mixes.
4. Pour pancake mix into a hot frying pan. Turn when bubbles pop.
*Make 22 - 4 inch pancakes
