Low Carb Chia Seed Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup raspberries3 T chia seeds1 tsp. lemon juice3 T Swerve1/4 cup water
Directions
Mash berries into a lumpy puree. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a storage container with lid. Refrigerate until set, at least two hours. Mix again before serving.
