Scones - Sugar Free

Ingredients
3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 cup Self Rising Flour 1 large Egg3 tbsp Stevia for baking1 tbsp Butter1/2 tsp vanillafruit or other add-ins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix yogurt, egg, Stevia, softened butter and vanilla very well with electric mixer. Add flour and mix very well. At this point you can add berries, or whatever you choose, by hand into the batter (make sure to count extra calories for add-ins). Drop scones on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Makes 10 scones.
Add-in ideas: Fruit, mini chocolate chips, raisins or other dried fruits.
