Banana Raspberry Flax Muffins

Ingredients
Egg, 1Plain Soymilk, 1 cupApple Sauce, .25 cupVanilla, 1 tsp Bananas, 3 medium, mashedFlax Seed Meal 1 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 2 cups Baking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Raspberries, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Prepare muffin tins (grease or line with cups).
Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.
Mix wet adn dry ingredients together until just blended.
Scoop batter into prepared cups, filling each full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Makes 12 large muffins or 18 medium.
