Ingredients
3 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 0.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 3 fl oz Rum
Directions
blend the pineapple, rum and the coconut milk until smooth and pour into popsicles molds before putting into freezer. Be patient, it can take longer than usual to freeze due to the alcohol. The frozen pops might also be softer, also because of the rum.
