Potato Salad (Holly)

Ingredients
4 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Boiled potatoes 3 large Hard Boiled Egg 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 tsp dried mustard (by ROSEBERRY)
Directions
Dice potatoes, boil, drain and cool. Boil eggs, drain, cool and peel. Slice eggs, add to potatoes in large bowl. Add chopped vegetables and seasonings. Mix in mayo to desired amount. Salt and pepper to taste.
