Vegan Low Carb Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
12 oz. Beyond Meat, thawed6 T almond flour1 tsp dried parsley2 T water1 1/2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 T avocado oil2 T avocado oil2 cups sliced mushrooms1 cup thinly sliced onions1/2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup vegan beefy broth1/3 cup vegan sour cream1/2 tsp salt1/2 black pepper
Directions
Mix the ingredients for the patties. Form into 4 oblong thick patties. Heat a skillet to medium high with 2 T avocado oil. Cook patties on each side until brown, about 4-6 minutes per side.

Remove the patties from the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium. Add 2 T avocado oil. Add the mushrooms and onions. Sauté until tender.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low. Add the patties and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken.

Transfer the patties to individual serving plates. Spoon the gravy over and serve.
