Ingredients
2 cans (14 oz.) tomatoes with green chilis, drained1/2 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. cumin1/2 tsp. minced garlichandful of cilantro leavesdash of lime juice (1/4 tsp.)1 Tbsp. olive oilsalt & pepper to tastesugar if too acidic for your taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until chopped and mixed.

    Woo HOO!!! That has a nice kick to it!!! And tastes so fresh! I was a little weary of the tomatoes coming from a can, but I couldn't even tell! Really nice combination!! I plan to make it often :) - 5/2/11
