6 serving Applegate Farms Organic Uncured Turkey Bacon (1 slice) 9 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Horseradish Mustard, 1 tsp 72 gram Mac's original chicharrones
Chicken breast, sliced down the center stuffed with a slice of provolone wrapping a thick fatty piece of uncured bacon.
The breast is then dipped in a mixture of mayo, Webber's mustard, an egg, and some choice spices. Then coated in original flavored chicharones.
Then baked for 45 minutes at 350. So tender and ridiculously delicious.
Serving Size: Cut the chicken breasts in half, 6 servings.
