1.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.75 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw1.0 tsp Garlic0.5 cup Spinach, fresh2.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.25 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh0.25 cup Blueberries, fresh4.0 grape, seedless Grapes
Sautee vegetables. Remove from skillet and set aside. Fill skillet with egg whites. Once the egg whites are cooked, place vegetable filling inside of omelet. Fruit cup in a separate bowl.
