Easy Egg Dish

1 box seasoned croutons4 eggs, beaten1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup2-1/2 C skim milk1.5 lb Jimmy Deans Lite Sausage, browned and crumbled1 C grated fat free cheddar cheese
Pour croutons in a 9x13 pan. Mix together eggs, soup, and milk and pour over crotons. Spread the sausage over the mixture and sprinkle the cheese on top. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325 and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes, cut and serve. Can be easily heated up the next day in the microwave.
