Moroccan fresh carrot salad

Ingredients
3 medium carrots (or 2 big ones)2 cloves garlic- finely chopped1/8 fresh jalapeno- thinly sliced (optional)1 handful fresh dill- chopped + Some chopped parsely3-4 Tbsp olive oil1 lemon +zestPink Himalayan saltBlack pepper
Directions
1. Peel and slice the carrots as thin as you can in a food processor or mandolin. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the chopped garlic, lemon zest and dill.
2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze very well on top of the carrots. Add the olive oil, salt pepper and and check if anything is missing.
