Ingredients
2 tbsp Coconut Oil 32 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 cup, chopped Cranberries 0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds 4 oz cashew nuts raw (by KITCHENCAVEGIRL) 0.5 cup, chopped Pecans 1 cup, sliced Almonds 1 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for about 5 - 10 minutes, stirring every minute or two until it is golden. Do not let the nuts and seeds burn.
