Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Publix Brand Six Cheese Italian Fancy Shredded Cheese 0.25 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 0.75 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Black Olives, Black Pearls, medium pitted, 5 olives 1.5 serving Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni 1 Serving(s) Italian seasoning
Directions
Beat eggs and Italian seasonings then pour into large nonstick skillet-- put in oven on broil (500') for 15 minutes. Remove egg crust-- add pizza sauce to crust then add veggies and pepperoni. Place back in oven and continue to broil about 10 minutes then reduce heat to 400' cook until veggies are done to your taste-- I like mine slightly charred Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
