Leek, Bacon, and Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 leek, white part thinly sliced4 bacon slices, diced2 cups green peas, fresh1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Heat a pan on high heat and fry bacon for four minutes. Add leek and continue cooking for an additional five minutes, stirring regularly. Reduce heat.

Add peas and cook for a further 3 minutes, or until peas are heated through. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
