Keto Blueberry Lemon Muffins

Ingredients
4 tbsp Land O Lakes Unsalted Butter 2 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched (by DEECAKES34) 16 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream Giant 2 serving Egg fresh Large- 5 serving SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Stevia .5 cup Wyman's Wild Blueberries (frozen) .5 tsp Pure Lemon Extract (by MOKONA) 1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder (by MICHELLEREGALO) 0.25 tsp Lemon Zest25
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.

Melt butter and add lemon zest to it in a large bowl. Mix eggs in separate small bowl.

Add all ingredients to the butter and zest bowl.

Mix well.

Divide evenly into the 14 muffin cups. If you are using silicone muffin liners, I do recommend to spray them with Pam or something similar.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until light brown on top.

Remove, cool, and enjoy!!

    These turned out beautiful! I used 2 tbsp of powdered stevia and 1 tbsp of monk fruit instead of liquid stevia to avoid the aftertaste. - 11/5/18
