2 slices Oroweat 100% Whole Grain bread1 roma tomato, sliced2-3 strips turkey bacon1-2 leaves lettuce (any kind)1 T fat-free Miracle Whip or mayonnaise1 dash ground black pepper
Toast bread and cook turkey bacon according to instructions. Spread Miracle Whip onto toasted bread. Layer tomato slices, turkey bacon, and lettuce. Top with a dash of black pepper. Cover sandwich with remaining piece of toast and cut diagonally. Makes one huge, delicious sandwich. Note: Prepare turkey bacon using an indoor grill (like a Foreman) for best results.
