Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)
Directions
Heat butter on skillet over medium heat. Blend cream cheese, eggs, truvia, and cinnamon in blender. Use 1/4 of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip. Cook for another minute then remove from pan. After all 4 are done, pour desired amount of sugar free syrup on, and enjoy while warm! Serving Size: 4 pancakes
