2/3 cup Cashew Nuts, Raw Whole Foods (by NICHOLASRECK) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2TBL Lemon Juice 1 or 2 TBL Silk cashew milk unsweetened (optional-if you like it thinner/ not as lemony)
put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth (may take a few minutes
I only added the silk cashew milk because I was slightly less than 2/3 of a cup of raw cashews and it seems to be a tiny bit too lemony for me.. adding the milk made it perfect. If you have the right amount of nuts than you may not need the milk at all
