Ingredients
2 oz Land o lakes white light American cheese 2 oz Boar's Head Low Sodium Ham 2 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 2 fl oz Milk, 1% 1 tbsp Land o Lakes butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt .5 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
Directions
scramble eggs with mrs dash, heat up frying pan and melt butter, break up ham, brown it, pour eggs into frying pan, cook until ready to flip, flip, put cheese on eggs til melted, plate eggs, and add ketchup(optional)
