Homemade carrot and apple juice

Ingredients
1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Cut the carrot into small round pieces and cut the apple so each piece is the size of a slice of orange.

Put the apple and carrot in your smoothie mixer, add 300ml of water and blend it all together. (if you do not have your smoothie maker to be a Breville BLEND Active make then dont worry, you can always measure your 300ml in a measuring jug)

I find this to be a lovely idea for an hour after dinner.
