1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.5 tbsp Butter, salted
Mix ingredients in a microwave safe dish the desired shape of your "bread". Microwave on high 90 second. Let cool for 1 minute. Slice in half to make two pieces of bread. IMPORTANT: Fry lightly in butter on each side.
