50 grams Macadamia Nuts, raw, organic 3.5 tsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter Unsalted, room temp110 grams Cream Cheese, room temp 1 tsp Maple extract1 tsp Imitation Rum Extract 1 tsp Vanilla Extract sweetener of choice: 2 packets pink and 2 yellow or 3 tablespoons Lokanto or a dropper full of Sweetdrops stevia. Sweeten to taste - do taste it so you know before you refrigerate it.
I did mine in a Vitamix. Please blender jar on scale and weight out the ingredients then blend. Use a spatula to scrape down sides until you have the consistency you desire. Scrap into jar. Or seal or scrap into parchment lined pan, press, chill and cut. Or chill then roll into balls and store in sealed container.
