Chickpea Salad Spread

Ingredients
1.5 cup Chick Peas .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 tbsp, drained Capers, canned 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 6 tsp Inglehoffer Stone Ground Mustard (by KILDRAE)
Directions
drain and rinse chickpeas, Dice veggies, combine with all other ingredients and mash until about half the chickpeas are creamy, refrigerate covered
