Chicken Broccoli and Avocado Zucchini Alfredo

Ingredients
85 grams Zucchini 29 grams Scallions, raw 38 grams Canadian Bacon 65 grams Broccoli, fresh 170 grams Chicken Thigh 1 serving 1/2 fresh avocado 40 gram(s) Philadelphia extra light Cream Cheese 20 grams Butter, salted 15 grams Parsley 32 gram(s) Mesclun Mix (by VEGGIEHEATHER) 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Saute the bacon in the butter
Add the chicken
Add the broccoli and wait for it to wilt
Add the zucchini and stir through
Add the spring onions (scallions)
Separately mix in a blender half an avocado, the philly cheese, a clove of garlic, and the parsley. Add water to make a creamy sauce.
Pour the sauce through the pasta
Add the cheese
Serve
