Blueberry Applesauce Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup All Bran - Bran Buds 1.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour .5 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tsp Baking Powder 1.25 cup Horizon Organic 1% Milk 1 serving Egg- Eggland's Best Extra Large 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1.5 cup Blueberries, fresh 4 tsp Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar Pure Florida Cane Sugar (by FRUITSANDVEG)
Directions
Soak bran buds in the milk ,mix all dry ingredients, add egg and applesauce and bran buds,, stir just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into 8 Jumbo muffin cups , sprinkle each with half a tsp demerara or large crystal sugar. Bake at 375 for 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
